This medium roast shines with inviting notes of sweet apple, raisin, and golden honey, offering a smooth, gently bright profile with a clean, lingering finish. The eco-pulped process, followed by sun drying, enhances clarity while preserving the coffee’s natural sweetness and soft acidity.
