This medium-dark roast delivers comforting notes of caramel, warm spice, and brown sugar, creating a smooth, full-bodied cup with gentle acidity and a long, satisfying finish. Fully washed and carefully sun dried, the process enhances clarity while preserving the coffee’s rich, rounded character.
