Sourced from dedicated coffee growers in the regions of Chiapas and Oaxaca, this Mexican coffee offers a beautifully balanced and approachable cup. Grown at elevations of 900–1,000 meters in mineral-rich clay soils, these beans develop smooth body and gentle complexity.

This medium roast highlights comforting notes of chocolate and cinnamon, balanced by a subtle pop of green apple that adds freshness and clarity. A blend of Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties creates a layered yet easy-drinking profile.

Fully washed and sun dried, this coffee delivers a clean finish with soft acidity and natural sweetness—making it an excellent everyday cup that’s equally enjoyable black or with a splash of cream.
