Cultivated at elevations ranging from 900 to 1,590 meters in mineral-rich clay soils, these beans develop a balanced structure with layered flavor and gentle complexity.
This medium roast opens with comforting cocoa notes, followed by delicate floral nuances and bright citrus tones that add lift and elegance to the cup. After harvest, the coffee is fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, then carefully dried on patios and raised beds—enhancing clarity, sweetness, and a clean finish.
