Sourced from the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino, this Peruvian decaf is grown in the highlands of Piura and Amazonas in Peru. Cultivated at elevations of 1,100–1,700 meters in mineral-rich clay soils, these beans develop balanced sweetness and gentle brightness before decaffeination.
This medium roast delivers comforting notes of caramel, a smooth, silky body, and a touch of citrus for a clean, satisfying finish. A diverse blend of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties adds depth and consistency to the cup.
After being gully washed and sun dried, the coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, a chemical-free method that preserves flavor while gently removing caffeine. The result is a full-flavored, well-rounded decaf that never tastes like a compromise.
